Rev Theory "Light It Up" Video Shoot

Hey everyone, Rev Theory here. We're shooting a video for our new single "Light it Up" and we're looking for folks to be in the video. It's an underground club scene and we need people to be in the crowd and some of the fans will definitely be featured.
When: Tuesday 18 November - All day 9a - 7pm (subject to change)
Where: New York City

NEW TOUR, SINGLE, VIDEO, & MORE!

What’s up everyone…we have some major Rev Theory updates we’d like to share with you all –
We’re back on the road and at it again as part of The Jagermeister Music Fall ’08 Tour with our good friends Hinder and Trapt. We’re super amped to be on this bill, and this is definitely one tour you do not want to miss. Two of our favorite bands + our favorite shot = plenty of shenanigans! Our new single and title track, “Light It Up”, officially hit the airwaves at rock radio stations on Tuesday, October 28th. The song, regarded as a super infectious, arena rock anthem, was one of the first songs we penned for our new album. In addition to hearing it on radio or at one of our shows, it’s already generated a great deal of buzz elsewhere as WWE chose it to be their official theme song for Wrestlemania back in March and it's also featured in EA Sports NASCAR '09 video game. To keep fueling the fire, we’re going to need everyone’s help on the radio request front so please be sure to call and request it at your local rock station when you hear it! In addition, a video for “Light It Up” will be surfacing soon. We don’t want to give away too many details just yet, but we’ll be filming it at one of our favorite Dallas hot spots during our fall tour.
More Rev Theory on the horizon–
- The NFL will feature 3 Rev Theory songs, including our new single “Light It Up”, in 3 different games to air on the NFL Network. The songs will be used to open the game broadcast, for use in and out of commercial, and for game highlights. Specific games are yet to be determined but we’ll keep you posted on the matter!
- We’ll be performing “Hell Yeah” on the "2008 Slamball Championship", which airs on CBS Nov. 2 at 5PM nationally (right after NFL football). Our performance will kick-off the show.
- We’ve partnered up with the popular fast food franchise Carl’s Jr. to roll out the “REV IT UP & WIN GAME”. From December 4th – January 2nd those who choose to “Rev Up” (which is basically super-sizing) their meal at any participating Carl’s Jr. restaurant will have a chance to win some killer prizes like free music, free concert tickets, and a Palms Casino Resort Las Vegas getaway!
- Guitar World magazine will run a feature on Rev Theory guitarists Julien Jorgensen and Rikki Lixx in their November 08 issue. Be sure to pick up a copy today!
