The 2008 Olympic Games are just around the corner, and we’ve had the unique opportunity to help support the U.S. Olympic Team.

A few weeks ago, we recorded an exclusive song titled “Champion” for the AT&T Team USA Soundtrack. Our goal was to create a song to inspire and support the U.S. Olympic Team athletes (and of course our fans) as they compete in one of the biggest competitions of their lives. Several other artists have also come together to record exclusive songs for the Soundtrack.

The great thing about the project is that the proceeds from downloads, ringtones and Answer Tones will go directly to support Team USA. You can download “Champion” online at att.net/TeamUSA or the ringtone from MEdia Mall on your AT&T wireless handset.

Also, you can check out our music video for this track and a few exclusive interviews about the song. The Team USA Soundtrack proceeds will only be donated during the Olympic Games – starting August 8 – so don’t wait too long to check it out. Watch a video clip HERE

In the tradition of Metallica and the great Johnny Cash, your boys Flipsyde will be performing live for the inmates of San Quentin State Prison. San Quentin was opened in 1852 and is the oldest prison in the state of California. The prison has been home to Stanley Tookie Williams and Charles Manson to name a few. The performance is scheduled for Saturday, November 18th and is not open to the public.

Hello there peoples!!!I wanna thank all the awesome people who came out to the power to the peaceful show last saturday!!!I felt very lucky 2 be a part of such a great cause!!backstage was a blast and we got 2 catch up with our friends in blackalicious and meeting michaEl franti!!michael was really down to earth and super focused to get his message accross thru his music !!what an inspiration, at the end of the day he was helping the merchandise people pack up to leave!!!not many well known musicians stay til the end of their show to lend a hand with stage people and merch!!!that's the first time I've seen that and it was very inspiring!!!anyways I wanna thank michael for having us and guerrilla management for organizing such an incredible event!!!!I'm pretty sure we will be back next year!!!also I wanna thank all the our friends who came out to the independent to see us last week ,many of you drove as far as l.a. To s.f. To see us!!!also the bands were awesome that opened ,ashkon .lae -live audio explosion!!and iselyfe who started our show with a killer song and intro for us!!!much love!!!I m starting to feel us grow everyday !!through myspace and word of mouth our flipsyde family is growing !!without the help of mtv or radio in america!!you guys fucking rule!!! I was so tired I don't think we exchanged more than a sentence the whole flight. I just knew the daughter should have the cd. What's goin down yall?? Let me make this short. I've been playin football since the 6th grade. Got a scholarship to Eastern Illinois University after goin to Contra Costa Community college and in the end I ended up fuckin it up to come home run the streets and rap. The good news is
1- The rappin finally paid off.
2- I never went to jail (for anything serious)
3-Ended up finishin at SFSU anyway.
3- I finally made it to the NFL!

We remixed our shit to talk about football when we were on tour with the Peas. We basically forgot we even did it till Steve saw it on TV. That shit is hard. It might have been a little too hard, Steve said they didn't play my verse. I had quarterbacks gettin they backs broke and wide recievers bleedin on crossin routes on my part. Anyway, yall check it out when u get a chance.

So here we are the day before the big game!!!I am really excited for germany and I hope they win the world cup!!I actually told my friend diak that I thought they would do really good!! A little sad that there are no southamerican teams !!!I'm ok though because germany has been like a second home!!!viva germany!! So a lot has been going on since we left germany last time!!we went to india and that experience was incredible!!we actually went gold there!!the fans were way cool and the shows were amazing!!everyone there is really feeling the worldcup fever and it makes me feel really good!!when I was a kid in chile I had dreams of playin futbol for chile and also being in kiss!!!hahaha!!flipsyde was the closest I could do to kiss !!if I tried to play futbol now I would probably break something!!!hahaha!!!india was a blast !!thank you to all the fans and universal india!!!!after that we did 3 shows w busta rhymes!!!man!!that dude is hella big!!!that's one of pipers favorite rappers and it was cool to see those 2 hanging out!!!we've been home for about 2 weeks and we've been in da studio workin on some new stuff!!all this traveling has been really inspiring and I can't wait 4 you to hear our new stuff!!anyways much love 2 all flipsyde family the best is yet to come!!! Up here chillin at Universal Germany. We stayed up till 5am this morning just watchin movie after movie. I think the last one was ALMOST FAMOUS. I love that flick. Today is the last day of the tour. We're in Denver, Co and everyones out of breath. The altitude is ridiculous but we're still gonna give 110. Hope nobody passes out. This tour was the shit from beginning to end. We have nothin but love for the Peas and their crew, this is our 3rd time out together. Its pretty much like one big family with us. One love to the Pussy Cat Dolls. Sexy Divas on the stage and cool ass homegirls off the stage. What's up to the homeboy Dan from Idaho that drove to the show in Salt Lake City on some Flipsyde Family shit. It was my brother Amir's first tour, he repped the KINGZ to the fullest. We destroyed Everette/Seattle last night. One love to everybody that was there, it was a good show. A lot of people in the front were singing the words to the songs and I think I heard my sister screamin from somewhere in the crowd (she gotta big mouth). Ended up goin to bar across the street after the show, two cats provided the entertainment by fightin, gettin out of breath within 30 seconds, apologizin to each other and gettin let back in the bar. I'm from Oakland, I've never seen somebody fight outside the club and then actually get let back into it. Other than that It was kinda boring (I can't drink or smoke for 30 days, made a deal). Sittin on the bus in my boxers in Spokane writin to yall instead of workin out. Ima halla back. One love to the FF.

We had 4 days off in the home town OAKLAND CA, I had to go to LA for 3 of them to record. The Oakland show was crazy. The whole damn Flipsyde Family was there in full effect. By the time the Pussy Cat Dolls got off stage the backstage area was closed. We had 50 Oakland muthafuckas back there doin the damn thang. The town repped for us hard and we brought that love with us straight to Portland. Portland was sick too, I didn't know they could party like that. Wish we couldve stayed an extra day. Cats was up there singin the words with us. Gues all the people from Portland on My Space weren't lying, they really do have love for us. We're in Washington today. Let's see how it turns out.
